Be sure to take off your stone jewelry before doing any heavy activity in the water, showering and bathing. When washing your hands, avoid having the soap touch the stones as it can be harsh to the natural stone material. 

How to Care for Your Jewelry

All of UnEarthed Energy's jewelry are handmade once the order has been placed. After being made, the jewelry is set outside to absorb the power of the sun's rays to magnify their energy. This process can take around 3 weeks until the bracelet gets shipped out.

We intuitively make our jewelry by keeping our minds and hearts open whenever we make a new design, allowing the energy of the stone to guide us on the best way for it to serve you as the wearer.

Return Policy

You are eligible to return your jewelry for an exchange, store credit or a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
We can only accept your return if the jewelry is unused, its original protective stickers have not been removed and it is returned in its original packaging, which is in new condition.
Please note that you may be subject to shipping expenses when returning your jewelry, we are not responsible for lost packages during the returns process.
